Types of treatment
- Radial Shockwave Therapy
- Sports Massage
- Dry Needling
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
- Kinesiology Taping
Radial Shockwave Therapy
Radial pressure wave therapy (shockwave therapy) uses ultrasound technology to treat bone and soft tissue injuries by sending high energy acoustic (sound) waves into the treatment area to help reduce muscle pain and promote healing without surgery or medication. The treatment of tendinopathies by shockwave has emerged as an alternative option if conservative treatment fails prior to surgical intervention

Some common conditions treated by shockwave therapy:
- Calcific and non-calcific tendinopathies
- Bursitis
- Medial tibial stress syndrome (shin splints)
- Iliotibial band syndrome (ITB syndrome)
- Plantar fasciitis
- Tennis and golfers elbow
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Stress fractures and non union fractures
Sports Massage
- Helps increase flexibility.
- Speeds up recovery.
- Improves your blood circulation.
- Increases supply of oxygen and nutrients.
- Helps eliminate by-products of exercise.
- More relaxed, focused, and clearer mind.
- Reduces pain.

Dry Needling
Dry needling helps alleviate local and referred trigger point pain. A trigger point is a hyper-irritable spot in the muscle that can be locally painful and may refer to different regions of the body. Dry needling is a quick and very effective technique in reducing tight and painful muscles. Tight muscles across a joint will increase joint pressure, cause malalignment and pain in the joint and can refer pain elsewhere. Dry needling can decrease pain, reduce muscle tension, improve strength and range of motion.

Kinesiology Taping
Healthy muscles are balanced; unhealthy, overstressed muscles are imbalanced and weak. Kinesiology aims to maintain balance in the muscles and adjoining tissues, and one of the methods of doing this is by strapping the muscles and surrounding tissues with the supportive material called kinesiology tape. The holistic technology of kinesiology tape was developed to balance bodily health, endurance, and energy.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a treatment for myofascial restriction. IASTM uses specially designed instruments to provide a mobilizing effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions.
